What is this program about?
Homes for Heroes provides real savings for the people who work every day to make our communities safer, cleaner and better places to live. Homes for Heroes affiliates like, Exit Realty Tri County and its industry vendors are prepared to give real savings to their community’s Heroes when they buy or sell a home. This program is our way to say thank you.
Who qualifies as a hero?
Community heroes include firefighters, public safety officers, (active, reserve, and National Guard) military personnel, healthcare workers, educators, pastors and those who work in support these community Heroes. Tell us what you do for the community. When you are buying and selling a home, let us say thank you for all that you do!
How much can I actually save?
The total amount you save depends on the final selling or buying price of your home. Exit Realty Tri County and its lender affiliate have agreed to the following rebates and discounts:
25% rebate on the gross real estate commission
50% discount on the loan origination fee
Additionally, other Exit Realty Tri County industry partners like home inspectors and other home service providers are committed to discounts for Heroes that would be otherwise not available.
Are there a lot of extra applications, forms and paperwork?
None. Your name, a way to contact you, and what you do in the community; that is all we need to know.
